Technical Support Specialist (3+ Years)
In my current role, I support internal teams and customers while also building web-based tools that improve how work gets done. Rather than treating inefficiencies as “just part of the job,” I look for opportunities to eliminate them entirely.
This mindset led to the creation of TechBoost, a custom WordPress plugin designed to automate and standardize many of the most time-consuming parts of website production. The result wasn’t just faster builds — it was fewer mistakes, less context switching, and more confidence across the team.
Beyond development work, I collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and leadership, translating needs into solutions that actually get used. I also contribute to company culture initiatives, helping plan events and internal experiences.
Green Bay Packers TundraVision Crew
Live Broadcast & Production Experience (12+ Years)
I currently work with the Green Bay Packers TundraVision Crew, a role I’ve held for over a decade. This work involves operating replay systems, cameras, and live production equipment in an environment where timing, accuracy, and teamwork are critical.
Previously, I worked as a Director at FOX 11, directing live newscasts and serving as a Super User during a major control room upgrade involving Grass Valley Ignite. That experience required deep technical understanding, adaptability, and the ability to troubleshoot quickly under pressure.
